The accountability audit form is designed to assist Mississippi pharmacists in accurately tracking medication acquisition and disposition in order to reconcile inventory. This tool aids in validating that records are accurate, pinpointing errors, and achieving accountability for controlled substances from acquisition to disposition. We have provided two forms for conducting the accountability audit below, with the choice to use either Microsoft Word or Excel.
